Madvillainy

The 2004 album Madvillainy has greatly influenced my artistic practice. This collaborative masterpiece between rapper MF Doom and producer Madlib features iconic album art by renowned designer Jeff Jank. I created a lyric booklet utilizing the color palette and typefaces of the original art. The layout was inspired a lyric insert the King Crimson album Jank cites as his inspiration for the Madvillainy art. My project received positive recognition from Jank himself.
